Ford Graduated with his Masters of arts degree at the University of La Verne in single subject Teaching and his Bachelors of science at the University of Minnesota-Crookston in Business Management.


Terry Ford II played football at the University of Minnesota-Crookston for two years. His coaching career began as an assistant at Diamond bar High school. In 2021, Coach Ford was the Offensive Coordinator at Arlington High school. That year they won Division 13 CIF championship and the CIF South Regional 6-A championship. Coach Ford had to take a year off from coaching and came back in 2023 as an Assistant Coach. In 2025 after spending a year as a Defensive Coordinator he became the head Coach at Workman High School in California.


Ford coached numerous players that have gone on to play at all levels of college football.
